As we prepare for fall of 2024, the Merchant Admin has some new updates. For clients using the latest version of the admin portal, you'll notice some differences in the new look, as well as some functionality upgrades.
The ReturnBear Merchant Admin is home to all of the information about your returns, and where you complete most of your return management tasks. After logging in to ReturnBear, you can manage incoming and existing returns submitted by your customers.

Customized refund payouts
Brands can now edit the fees and refund accordingly for each individual return case – giving you full control over the payout to your customers. This feature works for refunds issued to the same payout method selected by your customer when they create the return case for a refund.
Use case: Whether you've decided to offer an increased credit amount to a customer, or need to adjust the payout to account for other fees, this features gives you full flexibility to set the amount.
Visual refresh
The Merchant admin is getting a face-lift! The visual refresh involves updates to the return details page and increased clarity for fees and items being returned. This is just the first of many usability updates on our roadmap. Stay tuned for more changes to improve usability and access to data!
Faster in-app loading
Say goodbye to long load times with increased app speed and responsiveness! The latest performance update reduces the time it takes to load return cases, return case details and allows for faster refund issuance.
